This statement is provided in connection with 18 U.S.C. 2257, 18 U.S.C. 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

To the extent that any visual depictions appearing on Lustomic.com require record keeping under 18 U.S.C. 2257, the required records are maintained by the Custodian of Records listed below.

Any actual models, actors, actresses, performers, or other human beings, appearing in visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct displayed on Lustomic.com were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time such depictions were created.

Many visual depictions displayed on Lustomic.com are illustrations, drawings, comics, fictional characters, written stories, fantasy artwork, AI generated images, computer generated images, synthetic media, or other non photographic depictions. Such materials do not depict actual human beings, engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct and may be exempt from the record keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

All fictional, illustrated, computer generated, synthetic, and AI generated characters displayed on Lustomic.com are intended to be depicted as adults at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Records required to be maintained for applicable materials pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 2257, 18 U.S.C. 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are kept by the Custodian of Records:
