Member Text, Comments, Emojis, and Profile Images

Lustomic may allow members to submit limited content such as text comments, profile text, display names, reactions, emojis, and small profile images or avatars.

Unless Lustomic specifically provides a separate upload feature, members may not upload comics, stories, videos, galleries, downloadable files, full size images, artwork collections, audio files, software, archives, or other media content.

You are solely responsible for anything you submit through member features.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit any text, display name, profile image, avatar, emoji, reaction, or other material you provide, and that your submission does not violate the rights of any other person or entity.

By submitting text, comments, profile information, display names, profile images, avatars, emojis, reactions, or similar member material, you grant Lustomic a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to host, store, display, reproduce, format, publish, moderate, remove, and otherwise use that material as needed to operate, promote, protect, and improve the website and its member features.

This license does not give Lustomic ownership of your original member submission. It gives Lustomic the right to use the submission in connection with the website and related services.

You understand that comments and other member submissions may be visible to other users depending on the feature, your account settings, and how the website is configured.

Prohibited Conduct
