Important information for returning customers
Lustomic suffered a serious server failure on May 1, 2026. During the recovery process, we learned that the available backups could not be used to restore the old customer account database.
No personal customer data was stolen. Lustomic.com only stores your email address. Payment data is stored by our secure third party payment providers.
If you had a Lustomic account before May 1, 2026, your previous login will no longer work. To continue using Lustomic, please create a new account using your current email address before making a purchase on the rebuilt site.
Accounts created after May 1, 2026 can log in normally.
Previous purchases
All customer purchase history data was lost. We are going to do our best to restore recent purchases using payment provider records.
The provider records only go back three years. Purchases older than three years may be difficult or impossible to verify.
If you previously purchased content and need help restoring access, please submit the form below with as much information as possible.
We are sorry
We are truly sorry for this. We know some customers have supported Lustomic going as far back as 2004, and losing access to previous purchase history is upsetting and frustrating.
We have always told customers that purchases would remain available for as long as their account existed. We know some of you trusted us because of that, and we are deeply sorry that we can no longer honor that promise for every past purchase. Going forward, please download any future purchases as soon as possible so you have your own copy.

Please understand that sales records only go back three years. We will likely be unable to verify purchases made before 2023.
